Set up your company, get approved, and add your first slabs.

Getting started as a supplier

Use STONESYMARKET to sell stone slabs (and remnants). Your company must be approved before your listings become publicly visible.

Step 1: Create your supplier company (account)

  1. Start the supplier onboarding flow.
  2. Enter your company name to create your company profile.
  3. Save your basic company setup and move to the next step.

Step 2: Complete your company profile (onboarding)

  1. Add your contact details (for example: contact person, phone, and website).
  2. Add your company address information.
  3. Save your changes.

Step 3: Supplier approval (what happens next)

After you submit your profile:

  1. Your company enters Under review.
  2. An admin checks your details.
  3. If approved, your company becomes publicly visible on the marketplace.
  4. If rejected, you will see the rejected message and you can contact support/admin.

Step 4: Add your first slabs

  1. Add slab details like material, color, variety, finish, and dimensions.
  2. Set the slab’s availability (for example: available or reserved).
  3. Add clear photos of the slab.
  4. Save.

Managing your inventory

Once you have slabs listed, you can:

  • Update slab details
  • Adjust availability (available vs reserved)
  • Keep your catalog up to date

Visibility in the marketplace

On the marketplace, buyers can only browse and request listings from approved suppliers. If you still see Under review or Finish onboarding in your dashboard, your listings are not public yet.
